Frederick Williams Kwayisi Addo Jr. was born on May 20, 2009, to Frederick and April Addo in Jacksonville, FL., during the time of the birth he developed respiratory problems. Frederick Jr. died on the 18th day, June 7, 2009, at Baptist Medical Center Hospital Downtown, which he parted with the Lord. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2009, 10 am, at Resurrection Christian Life Center, 2141 Loch Rane Blvd, Suite 118, Orange Park, FL 32073.
He is in the hands of the lord and will be sadly missed.
Frederick Jr., is survived by father Frederick, mother April, sister A’amerie, Grandparents: William, Mable, Lester III, Debra. Aunts: Deirdre, Sandra, Lorrainia. Uncle: Lester Belle IV.
